You lock eyes with the pitcher. You scan the field. And then, like one of the greatest of all time, you point to the fences to show them exactly where you're about to put the ball. Who knows, maybe you strike out or hit a grounder. Honestly, though, who cares. At least you're wearing a great t-shirt.
